Educational Assistant: Sharon Dwyer

About Teacher Carol Peroni: I have loved spending fifteen years guiding the social/emotional, language, cognitive, and fine/gross motor development of young children. This is my tenth year teaching pre-kindergarten. I love providing my students with this foundation for school. The curiosity and imagination of my students inspires me every day. I graduated from Rider University in 2003. In 2009 I completed the graduate school preschool through third grade teaching certificate program at The College of New Jersey. I am perpetually learning as a teacher and a person. Learning is most definitely a life long process. Enjoying being outdoors is key for me. Spending time with family and friends in any of the places I love, from the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, the waterfalls of New York's Finger Lakes (where I am from), or the Jersey Shore. Other sparks of happiness for me are seeing children smile and watching them playing outside, hearing children laugh out loud, observing flowers at the annual Philadelphia Flower Show in March, and the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven. I also love spending time with my husband, son, and two daughters, as well as teaching each one of my students. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns....
